He graduated from Stuart Cramer High School in 2019 before continuing his education at East Carolina University, where he earned his degree in 2023. As a third-generation member of Rollins Insurance Agency, Noah is proud to carry on his family’s legacy of providing trusted, reliable insurance solutions to the community.
