
Meet Chip
Larry “Chip” Rollins Jr. was born and raised in Belmont, North Carolina. He graduated from South Point High School in 1989 and went on to earn a double major in Business Administration and Accounting from Gaston College. In 1991, Chip obtained his insurance licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health, beginning a long-standing career in the insurance industry.

Larry “Chip” Rollins Jr. was born and raised in Belmont, North Carolina. He graduated from South Point High School in 1989 and went on to earn a double major in Business Administration and Accounting from Gaston College. In 1991, Chip obtained his insurance licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health, beginning a long-standing career in the insurance industry.
Deeply rooted in the local community, Chip coached high school football for 17 years, including being part of the 2003 South Point Red Raiders football team. His commitment to service extends beyond the field—he has been an active member of the Masonic Lodges in Belmont and Cramerton for over 25 years and has been involved with the Shriners for more than 13 years. Throughout his time, he has served as both President and Past Master.
Chip has a strong passion for the Belmont community and is an active member of the Montcross Area Chamber of Commerce. He and the agency have consistently supported local schools, including Belmont Middle School and South Point High School, and proudly sponsor multiple businesses across North and South Carolina.
